This role designs, maintains, documents, and improves project databases used for survey research, program evaluation, performance measurement, and compliance reporting. Working on interdisciplinary teams, the Database Specialist helps ensure data is secure, organized, accessible, and accurate. Proficiency in Python and SQL is required; strong data governance skills, including validation, analysis, and reporting, are preferred. This position will be based in Madison, Wisconsin.
