OPEN INTERVIEWS: Monday-Friday | 9:00 a.m. -3:00 p.m.Cook's day-to-day will include: Ensure that all dining services/dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. Checking diet trays before distribution. Deliver food carts, trays, etc., to designated areas. Serve food in dining rooms as instructed Prepare food in accordance with sanitary regulations, as well as with our establishments policies and procedures. Assist in inventory and strong in-coming food and supplies as necessary. Follow Dietary safety regulations and precautions at all times. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Possess leadership and supervisory ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel. Be able to make independent decisions concerning above job duties. Possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, vendors, and the general public. Be knowledgeable of dietary and meal prep practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.Schedule needs: Full Time Cook position for days Rotating Holiday Schedule Weekend and every other weekend availabilityThank you very much for your interest in the Cook position at Crown Point Health Campus.
