Due to significant growth, they have asked our team to identify a Production Supervisor for their operation in the Constantine, MI area.A qualified candidate will have:BS Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science) or equivalent work experienceThree (3+) plus years of experience in production leadership roles within the manufacturing sector. Experience in paper, film, or web-handling processes a plusExcellent analytical skills required.Knowledge of Microsoft office tools.Strong planning and organizing skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.Ability to work and think independently.Ability to assume a leadership role when needed on a project.Must exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
