Physical Therapist Location: Phoenix, AZ Agency: Tribal Health Pay: $2,500 to $3,200 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist who values culturally responsive care and is committed to serving diverse communities. In this role, you’ll help deliver care that respects traditions, strengthens trust, and improves outcomes for patients and their families. Position Details: Specialty : Physical Therapy Work Setting: Nursing Home Schedule: 35 hours per week Facility Type: County-owned skilled nursing facility / long-term care home Patient Population: Long-term residents and short-term rehab patients Clinical Environment: Rural healthcare setting serving northern New Hampshire Requirements • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy • Active state PT license • BLS certification • Skilled Nursing or rehab experience preferred • Experience working in rural or resource-limited healthcare environments is a plus.
