The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support through administrative and executive tasks such as managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing expense reports. Additional responsibilities include acting as a point of contact, coordinating events, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities in alignment with organizational goals. This role is central to ensuring the efficiency of executive operations and requires a professional who can manage complex schedules, handle sensitive information, and serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain the President & CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsPrepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and board materials with a high level of accuracy and professionalismServe as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, board members, clients, and community stakeholdersCoordinate board meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actionsHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismScreen calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing matters that require executive attentionAssist with special projects, community events, and strategic initiativesMaintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)Track key deadlines and ensure timely completion of executive prioritiesQualificationsProven skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and support to senior executives.Experience in preparing and managing detailed Expense Reports.Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and organizing meetings.Strong Communication skills, including verbal and written communication.Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and manage time efficiently.Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field is preferred.Previous experience in banking or financial services is a plus.Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and interest in the role to hr@bankofhollysprings.com
