In addition to a strong foundation in well pump and pressure tank services, our client is a growing leader in residential and commercial water treatment solutions, helping homeowners and businesses improve the quality and safety of their water through filtration systems.What We’re Looking For:We are looking for an experienced sales consultant to join the business to grow revenue and profitability through direct sales of water filtration systems to homeowners and businesses.These water filtration systems utilize cutting-edge technologies and provide unmatched water quality. Consultants are provided with a strong volume of pre-qualified leads and conduct in-home sales presentations to homeowners. This is a fast-paced, high-opportunity sales environment with multiple qualified customer appointments each week. Consultants inform prospective customers how these systems can add value to their homes and improve their drinking water.Successful consultants are highly responsive, organized, self-motivated, and energized by building relationships and managing a high level of customer interaction.What You’ll Do:As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll interact directly with potential customers to understand their water quality concerns and offer tailored solutions.Conduct in-home visits to prospective customers, showcasing products and services while highlighting features, benefits, and unique selling points in a persuasive mannerListen actively to customers’ requirements, assess their needs, and provide tailored solutions that align with their preferences and budgetDevelop a deep understanding of products and services, staying updated on features, pricing, and updates to ensure accurate and informative presentationsBuild rapport and trust with customers by demonstrating professionalism, knowledge, and integrity, fostering long-term relationships that result in repeat business and referralsManage the sales process from initial contact through closing the sale, follow up on leads, and maintain a sales pipeline using CRM tools or other designated systemsNegotiate pricing, contracts, and terms while guiding customers smoothly through the purchasing process and securing agreements that meet both customer needs and company goalsPrepare accurate sales contracts and documentation while maintaining records of sales activities and providing regular reports and feedback to the management teamWho You Are:2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience with a proven track record of closing dealsFocused on exceeding customer expectations through exceptional serviceSelf-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a knack for achieving resultsWillingness to adapt to changing circumstances and go the extra mile for customer satisfactionOpen and willing to work evenings and some weekends based on customer availability and scheduled home showsWhat’s Offered:Base salary + uncapped commission potentialFull benefits and retirement savings optionsStrong pipeline of pre-qualified leadsComprehensive training on products, sales techniques, and water treatment industry knowledgeCollaborative team environment that values your contributions and provides support you need to succeedProfessional development and management opportunitiesIf you are ready to take the next step in your sales career with a dedicated team focused on quality service, apply today!
