Cable Assembler

This role involves assembling complex cable and wire harnesses, ensuring high-quality workmanship that exceeds customer expectations and meets industry standards.Key responsibilities include reading and following assembly instructions and blueprints, cutting, stripping, crimping wires, installing insulation, routing components, and operating assembly equipment such as crimp presses and wire strippers.Candidate must conduct functional and continuity tests, solder wires, perform visual and dimensional inspections, and work independently under minimal supervision.Qualifications include a minimum of 4+ years' experience in wire/cable harness assembly, familiarity with IPC standards, and the ability to interpret process documentation.Essential skills encompass organization, attention to detail, effective communication in English, and the capability to follow detailed instructions.Educational requirements are a high school diploma, with an associate degree preferred.Benefits include a comprehensive package with 401(k), insurance options, paid time off, and performance bonuses.We value diversity and are an equal opportunity employer.
