Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for customers, staff, and vendors while ensuring compliance with company policies and Arizona cannabis regulations.Responsibilities include monitoring the property, verifying customer IDs, maintaining a visible security presence, documenting incidents when necessary, conducting routine patrols, and assisting with de-escalating situations professionally and calmly. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment and able to maintain professionalism at all times.RequirementsPrevious security experience preferredStrong communication and situational awareness skillsMust be 21 years of age or olderFacility Agent Certification required (we will assist with the application process)Reliable transportation and dependable attendanceProfessional appearance and demeanorScheduleLocation open 7 days per week from 0800–2300.Available shifts are approximately 7.5 hours and will primarily cover morning and evening operations.
