We are dedicated to empowering our partners to operate at their best and win in a competitive industry.Role DescriptionThe Lead Software Engineer will effectively work as a CTO of new products built to strengthen the broader Speakeasy ecosystem. This is a highly demanding role and will include executive-level responsibilities as well as real ownership of new verticals built within Speakeasy. This is an incredibly time-intensive, productivity-oriented, and intellectually rewarding position with a very strong compensation package to reflect the role's critical nature. QualificationsProven ability to build products from start-to-finish (prior startup-founder is a strong plus)Strong proficiency in full-stack software development as well as a sense and taste for productAbility to communicate clearly is a plus but we consider all types of personalities 0-6 years of experience is preferred; project portfolio / experiences will be highest weighted factorTotal compensation: $450,000-to-$1,500,000 ($250,000-to-$325,000 cash + equity/direct profit interest)
