Job Description Family Medicine Position AvailableAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Family Medicine physician to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Cleveland, Georgia. This organization boasts a team of over 20 physicians and numerous advanced practice providers.About the OpportunityThe organization employs more than 400 staff members across 25 locations.Several sites are eligible for Federal and State Loan Repayment programs.There is a specific need for a physician at the Cleveland, GA site.You will collaborate with three advanced practice providers in an office setting.This role involves a Monday to Friday schedule, focusing solely on outpatient care.Expect to have 35 patient contact hours, with the possibility of a four-day workweek.One evening shift per week will be required.On average, you will see approximately 20 patients daily.The Financial PackageCompensation ranges from $285,000 to $300,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package.An additional $15,000 is offered for each advanced practice provider you supervise.Bonuses are available and are determined by various factors, including productivity and patient satisfaction metrics.About Cleveland, GeorgiaCleveland is a charming small town often referred to as the gateway to the North Georgia mountains.
