The RoleA Willmeng Construction Safety Manager leads the development and execution of site-specific safety programs, ensuring every project meets or exceeds OSHA and industry standards. This role conducts regular site inspections, risk assessments, and delivers hands-on safety training to all team members. Key responsibilities include creating proactive hazard prevention plans, investigating incidents, maintaining thorough safety documentation, and driving a strong safety culture across the jobsite.
