Req177703Job DescriptionPosition Purpose:The Senior Analyst Space Operations and Support will provide support to micro and macro space driving automation, process improvement, and the integration of advanced analytics. This position will be responsible for understanding the advanced technical functions of space planning tools and supporting the Space Planning organization in their usage. This role is held accountable for evaluating and identifying opportunities of planogram design and implementation for THD. The role will partner with space planning and store planning to support and execute new concepts resulting from competitive and space productivity analyses.”Key Responsibilities50% Provide micro and macro space optimization analysis of varying scope across items, categories, and departments.20% Communicate the approach and recommendations generated by tools to senior business leaders.20% Evaluate and identify opportunities during store projects and business resets for THD10% Partner with store planning and space planning to support and execute new concepts resulting from competitive and space productivity analysesDirect Manager/Direct ReportsPosition reports to Manager Space ManagementNo direct reportsTravel RequirementsTypically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.Physical RequirementsMost of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
