The facility features a modern Main Operating Room with 16 well-equipped OR suites on the 2nd floor, supporting a wide range of specialties including total joints, spine, transplant surgeries (kidney and liver), robotics, vascular, ENT, and plastics.Role ResponsibilitiesDeliver skilled perioperative nursing care for complex surgical cases with a focus on transplant proceduresCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomesUtilize EMR (Meditech) for accurate documentation and communicationParticipate in night and weekend call rotations, contributing to continuous patient care coverageAdhere to unit policies and guidelines, maintaining high standards of clinical practice and infection controlQualifications & Desired ExperienceActive RN License requiredProven transplant skill set essential (kidney and liver experience highly preferred)Minimum 3+ years of perioperative nursing experienceCertification in perioperative nursing or related specialty is preferredSchedule12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PMNight and weekend call requiredThis contract position offers the chance to work with cutting-edge surgical technology and experienced teams dedicated to excellence in operative care.
