The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the operation, growth, and optimization of Muha Members, the proprietary membership, verification, loyalty, and events platform designed to authenticate products, capture first-party customer data, and drive long-term brand engagement.This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, sales, events, and technology, coordinating cross-functional initiatives that support platform expansion, improve user engagement, and increase member acquisition and retention. The Project Manager will lead platform initiatives from planning through execution while ensuring the Muha Members ecosystem continues to evolve into a high-engagement growth platform.Core ResponsibilitiesPlatform Operations & Project ManagementSupport the day-to-day operation of the Muha Members ecosystem, including product verification, loyalty rewards, content challenges, events, coupons, and partner activations.Lead cross-functional platform initiatives from planning through launch and ongoing optimization.Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.Coordinate closely with developers, designers, marketing teams, and executive leadership to ensure smooth execution of platform initiatives.Ensure campaigns, rewards, vouchers, and incentives are live, accurate, and functioning properly.Maintain clear documentation, project tracking, and communication across internal teamsMember Acquisition & GrowthSupport strategies designed to increase platform membership and user engagement, including:Product verification onboardingRetail voucher and coupon campaignsEvent RSVP requirementsContent challenges and social sharing initiativesPartner with marketing and retail teams to support SMS and email campaigns encouraging Muha Members signup.Assist in developing acquisition funnels that convert retail purchasers into long-term platform members.Loyalty, Rewards & EngagementHelp manage the Muha Members loyalty ecosystem, including rewards tied to:Product verificationUser-generated contentSocial sharingEvent attendanceSupport the ongoing management of reward catalogs, perks, and incentive programs.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure reward redemption and coupon workflows operate smoothly.Events & PartnershipsAssist with coordinating brand events, partnerships, and platform-driven activations.Support onboarding of event coordinators, promoters, and partners into the Muha Members platform.Help ensure Muha Members is integrated into event RSVPs, promotions, and engagement efforts.Leverage events as a channel to support member acquisition and engagement.Content & Community EngagementAssist in launching and managing content challenges and engagement campaigns within the platform.Support moderation and management of user-generated content.Help coordinate announcements, product releases, and brand updates distributed through the platform.Data & Performance TrackingMonitor and track key performance metrics, including:Member growthVerification scansMonthly active users (MAU)Engagement and retention ratesReward redemptionsEvent RSVPs and participationUtilize analytics tools to identify opportunities for platform improvements and growth optimization.Report insights and project updates to leadership.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Computer Science, or related field.3–5+ years of experience in project management, digital platforms, mobile applications, or growth initiatives.Strong understanding of mobile apps, loyalty programs, CRM systems, or consumer engagement platforms.Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across marketing, product, sales, and development.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with consumer membership platforms or loyalty programs.Familiarity with analytics tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.Experience supporting event marketing or brand activation campaigns.Cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required.Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $110,000 – $135,000 annually.Compensation for this role will be based on experience and qualifications.
