We help organizations of all kinds redefine what's possible, give shape to the future—and get there.What You'll DoDesign, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Apache SupersetTranslate ambiguous or high-level stakeholder requests into actionable data visualizationsWork closely with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to understand data needsEnsure visualizations follow best practices for clarity, usability, and storytellingValidate data accuracy, consistency, and performance across dashboardsIterate on dashboards based on stakeholder feedback and evolving requirementsWhat You'll BringStrong hands-on experience with Apache Superset is requiredAbility to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiencesSolid understanding of data modeling and analytical conceptsExperience working with complex, large-scale datasetsNice to Have / Preferred Skills: Python (with strong experience working with data frames)PySpark / Apache SparkExperience working in AWS environmentsFamiliarity with ReactExperience with other BI tools such as TableauBackground in analytics engineering or data platform teamsCompensation & BenefitsSlalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. For this position, the pay range is $55/hr to $60/hr. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
