Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales of Evofem’s products by cultivating and managing relationships with healthcare providers, executing sales strategies, and delivering product education. Day-to-day activities include identifying prospective customers, providing tailored product solutions, following up on leads, conducting sales calls, and offering product training. The Sales Specialist will play a key role in achieving sales targets and supporting Evofem's mission to deliver innovative healthcare solutions. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and clientsProven experience in sales, including a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and generate leadsExperience in training and providing product knowledge to clients and teamsSales management and organizational skills to ensure strategic planning and execution of sales operationsProficient in CRM software and basic knowledge of digital tools used in salesProactive and self-motivated individual capable of working independently from a remote locationPrior experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is an assetBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales, marketing, business, or a related field
