Traveling Superintendent

Our client is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects in Canton, MS. This is a traveling role focused on delivering projects on time, within budget, and fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage project goals, timelines, and budgets.Support design-build projects and recommend cost-effective changes.Monitor and track project performance, budgets, and schedules.Manage subcontracts, invoices, change orders, and coordinate project meetings.Ensure high client satisfaction and proactively address issues to prevent cost impacts. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.1-5 years of project management experience, overseeing projects up to $5M.Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office, Vista, P6 Scheduling, Timberline, and Procore.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Ability to work Monday through Friday with 8-hour days.
