This role is responsible for setting and executing a national sales strategy that drives sustainable revenue growth, deepens customer partnerships, and strengthens Bosch Rexroth’s position as a trusted technology leader in off-highway and mobile equipment applications.The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of technical credibility, commercial leadership, and entrepreneurial mindset. You will lead a high-performing sales team, collaborate closely with product management and marketing, and engage directly with key customers to align solutions with their evolving business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business GrowthDevelop and execute a national direct sales strategy aligned with Mobile Hydraulics business objectives and long-term growth targetsEstablish ambitious yet achievable sales goals, pipeline expectations, and performance metricsDrive revenue growth through both direct customer engagement and effective leadership of the sales organizationPartner with product management to align customer needs, portfolio strategy, and market opportunitiesLeadership & Team DevelopmentLead, coach, and inspire a national team of sales managers and sales professionalsRecruit, onboard, train, and develop top sales talent, building a strong succession pipelineFoster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and customer successProvide clear direction, feedback, and support to ensure consistent execution across regionsCustomer & Market EngagementBuild and maintain long-term, strategic relationships with key OEM and end-user customersServe as a senior commercial leader in customer discussions, understanding technical requirements, commercial drivers, and future roadmapsRepresent the voice of the customer internally to influence product strategy, innovation, and service offeringsMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer expectations within the mobile/off-highway spaceCross-Functional Collaboration & ForecastingOwn national sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reportingCollaborate closely with marketing, product management, inside sales, and operations to ensure alignment and executionTranslate strategy into clear plans that support predictable growth and informed decision-makingQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in an engineering disciplineMinimum 5 years of experience leading and managing a sales team, including setting goals and driving performance5 years or more of experience in independent/direct sales rolesMinimum 5 years of experience in the mobile/off-highway hydraulics or related mobile equipment industryDemonstrated success developing and executing sales strategies aligned with broader business objectivesProven ability to build forecasts, manage pipelines, and deliver sustained revenue growthStrong track record of cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product management, and inside sales teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience selling complex, engineered solutions in OEM environmentsPrior responsibility for national or multi-region sales organizationsAdditional InformationYour well-being matters at Bosch!
