The Client Support Coordinator is responsible for the administration of work order process flows. This includes maintaining up to date and accurate records within external customer portals and the internal CRM system. The main responsibility of this position is to ensure accuracy and timeliness when managing active workorder items.Duties/Responsibilities:Accurately translate client proposals from PDFs into client systems.Compile weekly / monthly reports from various sources into cohesive documents.Follow workflows to completion, while sharing information and providing updates to various stakeholders.Communication with customer contacts to relay relevant updates on the status of workflowsInternal communication with Estimators and Project Managers to ensure client systems are up to date with the latest informationPosition Requirements - Education and Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's degree, preferably related to Business Administration. Experience handling multiple projects at a time and executing through to completion. Experience with frequent customer communication. Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe, and other computer programs and portals. Attention to detail.
