Role Description SalonCentric is seeking a Salon Business Partner to join the team in a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Boston. The Salon Business Partner will be responsible for building strong relationships with salon owners and professionals, providing business solutions to support their success. Key responsibilities include developing strategic plans, managing sales initiatives, consulting on business needs, conducting training and educational sessions, and promoting SalonCentric's brand portfolio to drive growth and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven sales and business development experience, with a focus on relationship-building and strategic consultingKnowledge of professional salon products, trends, and the beauty industry landscapeExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsAbility to analyze data to identify opportunities and develop solutionsExperience with account management and maintaining client relationshipsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independentlyBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferredUnderstanding or hands-on experience in salon operations is a plusReliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required
