As a member of the Acquisition and Marketing Effectiveness Product team, you will deliver the core media signal integration and data insights foundation across Sephoras MarTech and AdTech landscape. In the Product Manager, Media Integrations & Data Insights role, you will collaborate with business, development, and external vendor teams to define and implement best-in-class media integration and data capture strategies, focusing on robust, redundant, privacy-compliant signals that increase marketing effectiveness and enable targeted, personalized media programs and Omni campaigns. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership and influence with the ability to communicate a clear product vision to both business and technical partners.Duties and Responsibilities - Time SpentSupport overarching Acquisition and Marketing Effectiveness product strategy. Identify and prioritize business requests and other opportunities to maintain our position as the market leader in online Beauty. Support Director, Product Management MarTech in delivering Media Agility and Marketing Analytics roadmap commitments. - 10%Collaborate with key business and technology stakeholders, balancing competing interests and needs across the organization to arrive at a clear vision, communicating effectively and aligning various partners along the way with support from Director, Product Management MarTech. - 5%Collaborate with Acquisition and Retention Marketing, Marketing Effectiveness and Analytics, UFE (web, iOS and Android), Sephora Media Network (SMN), Omni, and other teams to deliver projects to enable effective media program delivery, measurement, and modeling. - 5%Partner with Engineering, identify implementation options, and guide business partners on recommendations and prioritization. - 15%Drive requirements from concept through launch, which requires partnering with internal Sephora Engineering resources and sometimes external development partners and vendors as well. - 15%Partner with and guide vendors with nascent third-party media and technical partners to build CAPI integrations to meet Sephora's growing Media Agility and SMN needs. - 10%Manage the day-to-day activity of troubleshooting and prioritizing Media Agility and Marketing Effectiveness related incidents and bugs. - 10%Maintain a healthy, groomed backlog of related functional and technical user stories. - 10%Assess technical questions and partner with Engineering and/or vendor(s) where needed to reach a resolution. - 5%Develop projects success metrics and ensure ability for on-going monitoring of post-launch results through analysis and reporting. - 5%Create and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the product lifecycle, including Product status updates, training materials, release notes, and user guides. - 5%Drive continual product improvements and inform the product roadmap with innovative ideas based on ongoing user research (qualitative & quantitative), market/competitive analysis, and Personalization success metrics. - 5%Working ConditionsRemoteQualificationsExperience - YearsExperience in product management with a successful history of launching highly effective products or comparable experience in AdTech, MarTech and/or other related field - 5+Proven experience in optimizing user interfaces and improving user experience on marketing and digital platforms - 5+Familiarity with MarTech and AdTech technologies and principles, and ability to work closely with technical teams to implement features that enhance data capture, integrity, and usability. - 5+Demonstrated experience with agile development cycles and release processes, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and business need - 5+Experience using JIRA and agile methodologies, with the ability to maintain flexibility regarding changing priorities and needs - 5+Data-driven decision making and experience working directly alongside both Business stakeholders and Engineering partners to develop best-in-class MarTech implementation solutions, as well as working directly with global and national MarTech and AdTech vendors to inform and build solutions. - 5+Prior experience in retail MarTech would be beneficial, with a focus on improving marketing effectiveness to customers to drive retention, engagement and achieve high quality customer satisfaction. - 3-5Experience representing the voice of client or voice of stakeholders - 5+Education - Certification and LicensesBachelors Degree, required - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) nice to haveCompetencies and SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical teams. Self-sufficient with ability to operate effectively without close supervision.Proficient in Product Roadmap Planning tools, such as Aha!, to manage, communicate and execute on your domains roadmap. Ability to navigate Confluence and Jira, Atlassian project management tools.Technical acumen including understanding of software development processes and technologies and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and understand technical constraints. Data-driven and problem-solving focused, leveraging qualitative and quantitative feedback, with creative thinking to solve difficult client and business problems.Required technology expertise: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat, Yelp, reddit, TikTok, Pinterest, Rakuten, Branch, Braze, Google Analytics, Firebase, Clinch DCO, Lucid, BigQuery, Google Looker, Google Ads, CM360, DV360, SA360, Google Ad Manager, and related media platforms. Familiar with: Conversion API builds and implementation, pixel implementation and consent-compliance, privacy and legal compliance, Adobe Launch tag management system, affiliate and paid media partners, Media Mix Modeling, data pipelines and maintenance, media and MarTech SDKs, native and campaign deeplinking, universal links, whitelisting, first and third party cookie management, attribution management and reporting.Ability to quickly learn new platforms and vendors and apply fundamental MarTech and AdTech concepts, as well as to guide vendors with nascent programs in building out CAPI integrations to meet Sephora's growing Media Agility and SMN needs. Experience with these platforms a strong bonus: LiveRamp, LiftLab, Bluecore, Epsilon, Optimove, Azure Data Lake, Adobe Analytics.
