We are looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and support our mission to deliver the best possible care to those in need.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide direct care to residents, assisting with daily living activities, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and ensuring each resident's comfort and dignity. This Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role requires compassion, patience, and a commitment to high-quality care.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and mobility.Take and record vital signs, report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.Provide comfort and emotional support to residents, ensuring their well-being and respect for dignity.Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; adhere to infection control policies.Accurately record and report care activities in compliance with facility standards.Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications:Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a valid license in Missouri.Previous experience in a long-term care facility or similar environment is preferred.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work well in a team.Ability to lift/move residents as needed, stand/walk for extended periods.Benefits:Competitive salary and shift differentialsHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off (PTO) and holiday payOpportunities for professional development and career advancementSupportive and inclusive work environment
