This role involves driving the successful completion of telecommunications build-outs, installations, modifications, and decommissions within the designated Market.ResponsibilitiesSafety First- Put safety first and production second. Always.Display a high level of engagement and leadership by actively participating in office activities, contributing to discussions, and setting a positive tone for the team.Lead and develop Project Managers within the company on best practices in order to drive profitability with each project within the MarketReview results on a monthly basis with the VP and President. (P/L, performance, improvements, declivity) Management of daily office operations for assigned Market Assist President and VP with creation and implementation of organizational goals, policies and process enhancements in order to guide and direct the company Expand scope of business with current customer base in order to drive revenue Develop relationships with new customers to increase revenue and generate a larger customer base for the organizationMaintain safety and quality of the highest level within the MarketEnsure facilities within assigned Market are maintained from a standpoint of safety and professionalismProject and communicate staffing requirements to the human resources department Responsible for the oversight and estimating, planning, implementing, and execution of various projectsEnsure all projects of assigned Market stay within budget and timeline, meeting challenging deadlines and unexpected scope changesTroubleshoot and resolve project issuesAct as a liaison between field personnel, sub-contractors, management, and administrationMaintain and manage sub-contractor relationships. Assure that work is performed in accordance with project requirements and Enertech standards regarding safety and quality. Create proforma budget and complete budget analysis on a monthly basis for assigned MarketProduce cap-ex budget for the Market and communicate this to President for inclusion of overall budgetPhysical DemandsMust be in good physical condition with the ability to stoop, crawl, bend at the knees and waist, squat and lift 20 pounds; includes body weight, equipment, tools and boxes regularlyMust pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing and participate in random testing programMay be required to work long and unpredictable hoursMust possess valid driver’s license Minimum QualificationsProven working experience in tower construction managementAdvanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods and the ability to manage and work within a budgetExpert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standardsFamiliarity with construction management software packageCompetent in conflict and crisis managementLeadership and human resources management skillsExcellent time and project management skill/experienceSoft SkillsCommunicate in person, by phone with all site personnelAbility to read, comprehend and carry out instructionsMust be able to work with a team, and independently as requiredPosition Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position with a typical work schedule of Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with overtime requirements.TravelTravel is required for this position.
