We are currently seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead production and maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. The Manufacturing Manager partners cross-functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to optimize processes, improve equipment reliability, and support business growth. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of production and maintenance operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing performance while meeting customer demand.
Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing all safety policies, ensuring proper training, and maintaining compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, identifying gaps, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Oversee maintenance and asset management programs to maximize equipment reliability, minimize downtime, and support optimal plant capacity.
Plan and coordinate production and maintenance schedules, ensuring alignment with business needs and operational goals.
Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
Partner with Warehouse and Supply Chain teams to ensure inventory accuracy, appropriate stocking levels, and on-time delivery of finished goods.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Technical Service, and R&D on equipment improvements, product trials, and resolution of quality or process issues.
Manage maintenance and capital budgets, track performance, and provide regular operational and performance reporting to leadership.
Adhere to all MAPEI policies, safety rules, and work procedures.
Perform assigned tasks in conformance with procedures and instructions established in the Business Management System (BMS) and in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulatory requirements.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Operations Management, or a related field preferred; minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
7-10 years of manufacturing experience required, including leadership responsibility.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, maintenance systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Proven experience leading production teams, maintenance programs, and cross-functional operations.
Ability to analyze operational data and drive performance improvements.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and standard business systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
