Monday-Friday (no nights, no weekends) Round and go in Post Acute Care Facilities (SNF, Assisted Living, etc.) Flexibility to set up morning start time, ability to leave facility when rounding is completed Active Tennessee license (PhD or PsyD required) Must be able to practice and bill independentlyWhat You'll Do Conduct psychological assessments and provide evidence-based therapy to older adults Partner with multidisciplinary teams to create customized care plans Help patients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitions in later life Be a steady presence and trusted resource for mental wellness in long-term care communitiesHighlights Compensation is fee-for-service (FFS) with an estimated salary range of $123,028 to $145,694 annually with no cap on productivity income potential Flexible paid time off 401k, medical, dental, vision, plus enhanced benefitsChattanooga, TNKnown as the Scenic City, Chattanooga lies along the banks of the Tennessee River and has received national recognition for the renewed beautiful downtown and riverfront, which includes a renowned aquarium, children's museum, theaters, walking paths, and other sites and activities.
