Shift lead at Bongo Java Coffee Shop

We are looking for a dynamic, talented Shift Leaders for our Bongo Java team. Show us your hospitality while you bring a touch of Nashville to guests of the airport. You will be maintaining high brand standards of service, health and safety, security, and product consistency, as well as being part training and development of all Bongo Java employees! Bongo Java is based in Nashville, TN, and recently celebrated the milestone of being in business for 27 years. Bongo World serves 100% organic, fair trade coffee at all of its cafes. SHIFT DETAILS: Must have open availability to work an 8.5-hour shift between the hours of 3 AM - close (typically between 10 pm - 11 pm) WHAT YOU CAN COUNT ON FROM US Starting rate of $18 an hour + tips! WHAT WE CAN COUNT ON FROM YOU Minimum one year food service, ideally within a coffee shop environment Minimum one year supervising or leading a team Airport or similar venue retail experience strongly preferred Ability to engage, inspire, and effectively influence people Flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule, including long hours, weekends, holidays, with ability to stay to late or come in early during airport related weather delays and other emergency situations Attention to detail and excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time Ability to twist, bend and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, racks and hooks as well as place items on floor, shelves, racks and hooks Ability to push/pull receiving equipment.
