Job DescriptionWe are continuing to grow our sales team here in Battle Creek and the surrounding areas. This is not a cold-start sales role. Work as part of a team—bring energy, accountability, and a strong standard of professionalism every day.RequirementsMust have current Property & Casualty producer license (or able to obtain within 2 weeks of offer and before starting).Coachable, structured, and able to follow a proven process daily.Strong communication skills—confident, outgoing, and persuasive without being pushy.Reliable and consistent: shows up on time, manages tasks, and follows through.Comfortable in a performance-based role with clear expectations, metrics, and accountability.Competitive mindset and motivated by measurable goals.Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems quickly.High integrity—insurance is regulated and requires accurate, compliant conversations.Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required if you can demonstrate discipline, competitiveness, and a track record of learning fast.
