With long-standing client relationships with many of the country's leading health systems, this initial acquisition is a well-respected partner poised for significant growth with PE backing.Position SummaryWe're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the executive team and help keep the agency running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities while anticipating needs before they arise. You have excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. You are dependable and can readily provide solutions in a fast-paced business environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Partnership Serve as a trusted right hand to executive leadership, managing priorities, workflow, and decision-making supportProactively manage complex calendars, meetings, and time allocation with a strategic lensAct as a gatekeeper and representative of the executive team, exercising sound judgment and discretionAnticipate needs, risks, and opportunities before they ariseCoordinate travel arrangements and itineraries when requiredAssist with expense tracking and report submissionStrategic and Operational Support Prepare executive-level materials including presentations, reports, briefs, and client-facing documents when requestedSupport executive team meetings, strategic planning, quarterly planning sessions, and leadership offsitesCollaborate to drive process improvements across operations, communication, and internal systemsAgency and Client Coordination Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners or clientsSupport project tracking, deadlines, and internal workflowsAssist with onboarding new hires and coordinating agency events or meetingsMaintain organized digital filing systems and documentationQualifications and Experience 3-5+ years experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in a marketing agency, creative agency, or professional services firmProven ability to operate autonomously with minimal directionStrong business acumen and understanding of agency operationsExceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationshipsExcellent oral and written communication skills; high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)Compensation and Benefits Salary range of $60,000–$75,000 , depending on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insuranceDiscretionary Time Off (DTO) program, following a designated waiting periodPowered by JazzHR
