Senior Revenue Analyst

Senior Revenue Analyst An established and growing organization is seeking a Senior Revenue Analyst to support and enhance its revenue operations function. This role is responsible for managing the contract-to-cash lifecycle, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, and providing insight into revenue performance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SaaS revenue processes, cross-functional collaboration, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities Manage the contract-to-cash process for a growing subscription-based customer portfolio Review and analyze customer contracts and statements of work to ensure revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 Process customer billing for new and renewing subscription agreements Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to forecast subscription and project-based revenues Perform customer account reconciliations to confirm billing accuracy and identify revenue opportunities Analyze revenue variances and trends to reduce revenue leakage and improve predictability Provide real-time metrics and reporting related to revenue performance Support monthly close activities, including reconciliations, variance analysis, and reporting inputs Participate in the implementation of process improvements, system enhancements, and new technologies Work with and help optimize financial and CRM systems such as Salesforce, subscription management tools, and ERP platforms Prepare standard and ad-hoc financial and operational reports for internal stakeholders Qualifications Experience in revenue accounting within a SaaS or recurring revenue environment Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue recognition principles Proven ability to manage complex contracts and subscriptions Experience working with financial systems, billing platforms, and CRM tools Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate financial concepts clearly Detail-oriented with a mindset for continuous improvement Additional Information Preference for candidates located in the Nashville area; however, remote candidates will be considered Opportunity offers flexibility between contract-to-hire or direct hire, depending on experience and fit
