As the Senior Associate, Logistics, you will support daily pharmaceutical distribution operations including transportation coordination, 3PL oversight, documentation accuracy, and shipment tracking for domestic and international deliveries. This role ensures timely, accurate, and GDP/GMP-compliant product movement across the supply chain while partnering with internal teams and external logistics partners. We are in a continuous growth phase where your work will have a visible, direct effect on the company’s success.Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:The following duties are considered essential to the role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Arrange and manage domestic and international transportation of cold-chain, hazardous materials, and controlled substances shipments across all modes.Coordinate with third-party transportation, manufacturing, and warehouse providers, suppliers, production, and customer support to resolve pickup, delivery, and service issues.Assist with shipping and transportation scheduling, manage pickup, transit, and delivery obstacles, and communicate logistical impacts with key stakeholders.Maintain accurate transportation, shipment, and inventory movement data and GDP-compliant documentation across TMS, QMS and ERP systems, and supplier portals.Monitor transportation performance, assist with freight cost optimization, and participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing support to Demand & Supply Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Serialization, Customer Service, Quality Assurance, Technical Operations, and Manufacturing teams as needed.All other duties as assigned.The above list reflects the general details necessary to describe the expectations of the position and shall not be construed as the only expectations that may be assigned for the position. An individual in this position must be able to successfully meet the expectations listed above. Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant logistics/supply chain work experienceExperience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries preferredExperience working with CMOs, transportation carriers, 3PLs, and TMS systems preferredKnowledge of US import and export regulations and cold-chain logistics preferredKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a regulated, fast-paced environment with a problem-solving mindsetSelf-motivated to take ownership and initiative of activities needed to drive work forwardProficiency in using MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.
