Process Engineer

Qualifications (include but are not limited to):Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field2–5 years of experience in manufacturing processes strongly preferredDemonstrated ability to lead and contribute within cross-functional project teamsStrong organizational, communication, and coordination skillsAbility to work flexible hours as neededProven record of reliability, professionalism, and consistent attendanceAbility to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teamsCapable of managing multiple tasks across various process steps in a collaborative environment
