Performance Marketing Manager

Get Hyped Media is a creator-led performance marketing agency. We drive growth for consumer brands through creator content and paid media.We're hiring a fractional Performance Marketing Manager (PMM) to own client performance.This is not a high-level strategy role. This is strategy plus execution. You're in the ad accounts analyzing what's working. You're setting creative direction for our content and media buying teams. You're reviewing every piece of work before it ships and making sure nothing average ever goes out the door.What the role looks like:Review Meta, Google, TikTok, CTV and more ad accounts weekly across multiple clientsSet creative direction based on performance data - what themes to lean into, what to kill, what to test nextPrioritize and manage the creative queue for our design and creator teamsCollaborate with media buyers on budget allocation, audience strategy, and scaling decisionsJoin client calls with strategic insights - not recaps or dashboards - real recommendations, both high-level and detailedReport to the founder and grow into a full-time leadership role as the agency scalesWho you are:You've managed Meta/TikTok/Google campaigns hands-on. Not supervised. You could run one yourself today for a DTC brand if you had to. You know what a good hook looks like. You know when to kill a creative. You know the difference between a spike and a trend.You're an executor first. You can think strategically, but you'd rather be in the ad accounts and Slack than in a slide deck.You care about the details. Creative briefs, team communications, weekly reports, setting up systems - you own the quality and the process.You use AI already. Not to make things easier so you can do less, but to amplify the quality and output of your work. Compensation: $5,500–$7,000 USD/month (20–25 hours/week). Remote.
