We're looking for Senior Manager, Salesforce - Lead to Opportunitytojoin Procore's GTM Technology , Data and Process Team . As a Senior Manager of Salesforce Delivery, you will lead a high-performing team of Developers, Business Systems Analysts, and Quality Engineers to optimize the Seller experience. You bring a deep background in Go-to-Market (GTM) technical processes and a forward-thinking approach to Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) engineering.In this role, you will bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution, partnering closely with Revenue Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to drive key initiatives. You are a seasoned people leader who balances competing priorities with ease, ensuring the team's output is innovative, scalable, and aligned with our long-term strategy.This position reports to our Senior Director, GTM Systems and is based in our downtown Austin, TX office or available for remote.
