Responsibilities:Propound and respond to discoveryPerform legal research, draft motions, complaints, pleadings, and other litigation documents as necessaryPrepare for, take and defend depositionsPropound and respond to written discoveryAttend court hearings as requiredAssist with maintenance of heavy case load ensuring all cases move forward in a timely manner and within deadlinesProvide excellent service to all clientsRepresented clients in personal injury accidents; auto, slip & fall, motorcycle, wrongful death, premises liability and insurance disputesNegotiated and settled disputes with insurance companiesQualifications:JD from an accredited law school, admission to the California Bar.1-3+ years of personal injury litigation experience.Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload.
