Job Title: Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech)Location: Modesto, CAJob Type: ContractKey Responsibilities:Perform diagnostic imaging procedures such as X-rays as ordered by physiciansPrepare patients for radiologic procedures and explain the process to ensure comfortOperate radiologic equipment safely and efficientlyEnsure proper positioning of patients to obtain clear imagesMaintain accurate patient records and imaging documentationFollow radiation safety protocols and infection control standardsCollaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver quality patient careMonitor and maintain imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctionsRequirements:Active Radiologic Technologist license in California (CRT License)ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification preferredBLS certification (from American Heart Association or equivalent)Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (new grads may be considered)Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and patient careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience in hospital or outpatient imaging settingsFamiliarity with digital radiography systems (PACS)Ability to handle a high patient volume efficiently
