This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, learning new technology, and contributing to a fast-paced sales environment.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional mannerProcess sales transactions, payments, returns, and phone activationsRecommend smartphones, prepaid plans, and accessories based on customer needsMeet or exceed individual and store sales goalsMaintain organized displays, inventory, and overall store cleanlinessAssist with billing questions and basic technical troubleshootingStay up to date on promotions, pricing, and product offeringsQualificationsBilingual (Spanish/English) preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsPrevious retail, cashier, or sales experience preferred (not required)Reliable, punctual, and team-orientedComfortable using technology and point-of-sale systemsFlexible availability, including weekendsSchedule10-hour shiftsMonday to FridayWeekend availability requiredWhy Join Us?At Growth Wireless, we value teamwork, growth, and performance.
