Metal Works is seeking an experienced and motivated Ironworker Foreman to lead crews on structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects throughout the East Coast. Our office is based in Wilmington, NC, but our work takes us across the country with most projects located along the East Coast.We are a fast-growing company with a younger crew and strong team culture. We're looking for hardworking individuals who want more than just a job — we want people looking for a long-term career and a company to grow with.Responsibilities Lead and coordinate ironworker crews on active job sites Install structural steel, reinforcing steel, miscellaneous metals, and related components Enforce OSHA and company safety standards Coordinate daily tasks and maintain productivity on-site Communicate with project managers and field leadership Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Ensure quality workmanship and project completion timelines are met Qualifications 2–3 years of experience as an Ironworker Foreman OR 3–5 years of ironworker experience with leadership ability Strong knowledge of structural steel and miscellaneous metals installation Ability to manage crews and maintain job site safety Willingness to travel for projects Strong work ethic and reliability Benefits $27–$30/hour based on experience Per diem provided Health care benefits Retirement plan Opportunities for advancement Full-time, steady work Room to grow within a rapidly expanding company Schedule 5 days per week Full-time Travel required depending on project location Why Work With Us?At L.J.
