As a Web Developer, you will build and maintain marketing websites and landing pages that are fast, responsive, and aligned with business and conversion goals. You will work closely with web designers, strategists, SEO specialists, and clients to turn approved designs into high-quality digital experiences.WHAT YOU WILL DOBuild and maintain responsive websites and landing pages from approved designsDevelop reusable components and ensure consistent implementation across pagesCollaborate with designers and marketers to deliver websites that meet both visual and functional requirementsImplement SEO, analytics and conversion tracking requirements alongside marketing specialistsOptimise websites for performance, accessibility and cross-browser compatibilityTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues across client websitesMaintain and update existing websites while minimising disruption to live experiencesReview implemented designs with the design team and address visual or functional issues before launchWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR3+ years of professional web development experienceStrong HTML, CSS and JavaScript skillsExperience building responsive, production-ready websitesExperience working with modern CMS platforms and website buildersAbility to translate Figma designs into accurate, functional web pagesUnderstanding of web performance, accessibility and basic technical SEOExperience integrating analytics and conversion tracking toolsStrong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues independentlyComfortable collaborating with designers, marketers, SEO specialists and clientsNICE TO HAVEWebflow experience; WordPress development; familiarity with React or another modern JavaScript framework; basic PHP knowledge; experience with Google Tag Manager and GA4; and experience building B2B or SaaS marketing websites.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSCompetitive compensation based on experience and qualifications, with the full package discussed during the interview process.
