Systems Administrator

Glocomms is partnering with a global industrial materials manufacturer to find a Systems Administrator to support and improve end‑user technology across their organization. This role sits between Help Desk and Systems Administration, with ownership of endpoint platforms and collaboration tools. You'll focus on reliability, security, automation, and improving how employees work day to day.What You'll DoManage and support end‑user devices, including provisioning, patching, and lifecycle managementAutomate software deployment, updates, and routine IT workflowsParticipate in day‑to‑day IT support while improving processes to reduce manual workAdminister and enhance Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, SharePoint, and collaboration workspacesHelp modernize workflows by replacing legacy or manual processes with automated, self‑service solutionsCreate and maintain clear technical documentation for users and IT teamsWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience supporting users and systems in a business environmentHands‑on experience with endpoint management, patching, scripting, and automationExperience supporting collaboration platforms (e.g., messaging, document sharing, teamwork tools)Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and structured support workflowsStrong communication skills and the ability to document technical processes clearlyA mindset focused on standardization, improvement, and automationNice to HaveExperience with Microsoft Power Platform or workflow automation toolsExposure to mobile device management (MDM) solutionsExperience administering Microsoft Teams and SharePointBackground in environments moving from manual support to service‑based or automated deliveryAdditional DetailsNo direct reportsSome travel may be required (light local and occasional overnight)
