When you join their team, you’ll find a workplace that facilitates challenge, achievement, and growth.ResponsibilitiesCarries out inspection activities in accordance with established quality plans, engineering specifications and procedures in order to verify that the product meets specified requirements. Must be able to effectively use, read and interpret a tape measure. Performs incoming, in-process and final dimensional and visual inspection of materials and assemblies to determine compliance. Electronically records the results to provide evidence that the product has been inspected, whether accepted or rejected. The Inspector is required to handle any nonconforming product in accordance with established work instructions and other quality system procedures. Must be able to read and interpret Engineering blueprints and Customer specifications. Detail oriented and must have experience inspection mechanical, electrical, and structural assemblies or installations. Inspection will work closely with Manufacturing to ensure full compliance to Engineering requirements. Regular attendance, ability to arrive at work punctually, ability to work on–site, ability to work overtime. Ability to work cooperatively with others, ability to deal respectfully with the public, customers, vendors, other employees, managers, and executive management. Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to interchange with others in the department. Experience with pneumatic pressure or leak testing, preferred. Any NEC-code experience preferred.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED. Experience with calibration of inspection and test equipment mandatory 2-3 years experience. Experience in an ISO 9001 environment preferred.Looking for meaningful work?
