If you are passionate about manufacturing technology and continuous improvement, we invite you to apply and grow with us.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.- Analyze production workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and supply chain, to ensure seamless production operations.- Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues promptly to minimize downtime.- Develop and maintain documentation related to manufacturing procedures and standards.- Conduct root cause analysis for production defects and implement corrective actions.- Support new product introductions and process validations.- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in manufacturing process development and optimization.- Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies, tools, and equipment.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
