You'll manage your route, maintain equipment, and ensure every customer interaction reflects NPP's high standards.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions:Service route customers on recurring filter cleaning schedulesThoroughly clean and maintain customer filtersReassemble the pool filter housing properly and ensure the time clock is in auto mode before leaving the customer's propertyKeep filter cleaning on schedule and maintain route efficiencySafely drive and perform daily inspections of the company vehicle; report maintenance issues promptlyMaintain equipment, supplies, and chemical inventory in the vehicleComplete paperwork accurately using the customer software systemReport service requirements to office or managementPerform other duties as assignedEducation, Licensure, and Experience RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDValid driver's license with 3 years of verifiable driving history and a clean recordAble to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle reportCompetencies & SkillsAbility to work independently, plan, organize, and schedule work efficientlyQuick learner with software and mobile applicationsPositive, cooperative, and professional when interacting with customers, supervisors, and team membersAttention to detail and strong customer service skillsDependable, punctual, and trustworthySafe and proper use of hand and power toolsPhysically able to walk, stand, kneel, bend, lift/carry up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbsEnvironmental Conditions & Physical RequirementsOffice Environment: Generally quiet; requires sitting, standing, and using office equipment; occasional lifting up to 25 lbsOutdoor/Client Locations: Exposure to varying weather and outdoor elements; requires walking, standing, bending, kneeling, lifting/carrying, and occasional swimming near pools.
