Corporate Associate Attorney (M&A Focus)A growing business and corporate practice is seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney who is interested in building a sophisticated transactional practice while working closely with experienced deal lawyers. This role offers meaningful involvement in mergers and acquisitions as well as ongoing corporate advisory work for a broad range of clients.The team advises entrepreneurs, privately held companies, private equity groups, and investors across multiple industries-including construction, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare.
