Property Maintenance

Property Maintenance Hours: 8:30a-5pm Must be mechanically inclined. Ensuring the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of residential units and common areas by performing repairs on plumbing (leaks/drains), electrical, and appliance systems. Responsibility will include work orders, prepping units for new tenants, and performing exterior maintenance. Must be able to be on call for any work orders that need completed after hours and/or on the weekends. Must have some sit-down forklift experience. Pay is based on experience $20-$22
