S³ Inc. has an immediate opening for a Capability Developer- Mounted and Mobile Handheld Computing Environments to support projects at Ft. Moore, GA. Military experience is required. Description: The Capability Developer supports the Maneuver Requirements Division of the Maneuver Capabilities Development and Integration Directorate at Ft Moore, GA. The candidate will have knowledge and ability to perform capability gap and DOTMLPF-P analysis to inform requirements. Responsibilities: Perform capability gap and DOTMLPF-P analysis to inform requirements; Develop, write, assemble, and staff capability requirements documents, Concept of Employment, and Basis of Issue Guidance; Perform CBA and Material Solutions Analysis; conduct product research; and develop COIC and D&OP for operational test. Experience: Candidate supporting MCRD requires previous experience applying the principles of mission command; employing components of a command and control system; battle staff organization, workflows, and processes; operation, employment, and sustainment of command posts and tactical operations centers; and the systems and equipment supporting mission command such as Army tactical networks, Joint Battle Command-Platform/Blue Force Tracker, Nett Warrior, Integrated Tactical Network, Warfighter Information Network-Tactical, Army Field Artillery Tactical Data System, and various terrestrial and celestial tactical communication systems. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 8 years of experience related to the requirements of this task in the Army. Two years of experience in Capability Developments or Defense acquisition. Have served on a Battalion, Brigade, or higher level staff and have direct experience with applying the principles of mission command and employing the components of command and control systems. Have an active Secret Level Security Clearance. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and other operational software. Graduate of / or can complete the following DAU Courses within 10 days of starting work: CLR101 - Intro to JCIDS; ACQ110 - Fundamentals of Acquisition Management; RQM - 110 Core Concepts for Requirements Management.
