Based on your experience, you'll focus on one (or more) of these areas:Home Set Up / InstallationPositioning homes, structural assembly, roofing, siding, exterior buildsAssistance with land prepFinish ConstructionDrywall, trim, paint, cabinetry, final interior detailsYou'll also:Work safely and efficientlySupport your crew and other tradesKeep job sites clean and organizedHelp deliver high-quality finished homesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORConstruction experience (trade-specific skills) - experience is required!Strong work ethic and reliabilityTeam-oriented mindsetAbility to follow direction and adaptMechanical aptitude and tool experiencePride in doing quality workREQUIREMENTSAbility to lift up to 80 lbs and work in all weather conditionsValid driver's license and clean driving recordClear background check & drug screeningWillingness to travel occasionally (per diem provided)WHY JOIN US?We value our customers and employees.
