Location: Beverly Hills, CASenior Certified Surgical Technologist (ASC – Multi-Specialty Experience Required)A Senior Certified Surgical Technologist with minimum 5+ years of experience is sought to join our operating room team at a state of the art ambulatory surgery center in Beverly Hills, California.We are looking for a highly skilled, dependable professional who is already proficient across multiple surgical specialties and can operate with minimal oversight in a fast-paced ambulatory surgery center environment. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical judgment, leadership ability, and ownership over surgical workflow, instrument management, and OR efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating Room ExcellencePrepare and set up operating rooms with strict adherence to sterile techniqueScrub and assist in a wide range of procedures, anticipating surgeon needs with efficiency and precisionPerform accurate surgical counts with the circulating nurseEnsure smooth room turnover and maintain OR readiness between casesMulti-Specialty Surgical SupportIndependently scrub cases across:SpineOrthopedicsPain managementPlastic surgeryHand surgeryPodiatryDemonstrate familiarity with specialty instrumentation, implants, and workflowsSterile Processing & Instrument ManagementInspect, assemble, and sterilize instruments according to protocolOperate autoclaves and maintain sterilization logs and biological monitoringMaintain strict compliance with infection control and regulatory standardsInventory & Case CoordinationManage and maintain surgical inventory levelsCoordinate and update surgeon preference cardsEnsure all instruments, implants, and supplies are available and ready for scheduled casesOrganize and track specialty equipment and loaner traysLeadership & AccountabilityTake ownership of OR efficiency and workflowServe as a resource for team members and support staffAssist in maintaining a high-performing, organized, and compliant surgical environmentContribute to continuous process improvement and readiness for inspectionsQualifications:Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) requiredMinimum 5 years of scrub experience (ASC or hospital setting)Proven experience across multiple specialties (spine, ortho, pain, plastics, hand, podiatry strongly preferred)Strong knowledge of sterile processing, instrumentation, and infection control standardsDemonstrated leadership ability and high level of accountabilityHighly organized with excellent attention to detailAbility to work independently in a fast-paced surgical environmentCompensation and Benefits:$45.00-$55.00 per hour401(k)Health insurancePaid sick time
