As an Fulfillment Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment. You will pick, pack, and process products with precision, contributing to our high standards of quality and efficiency in medical device distribution. The role involves manual handling, basic inventory tracking, and working with warehouse equipment in a clean, safety-focused environment.The TSK Group operates globally in medical technologies. With operations across multiple global sites, we work as a close-knit, fast-moving team that values clarity, responsiveness, and accountability in everything we do.ResponsibilitiesPick and prepare customer orders accurately and efficientlyPack and label products according to standard operating proceduresOperate manual pallet jacks or forklifts (with certification) to move inventoryUse inventory management systems or handheld scanners to track stockReceive incoming stock and restock shelves as neededMaintain clean and organized warehouse spaceAdhere to safety and quality standards at all timesAssist with regular inventory counts and cycle checksCollaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goalsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred1+ year of warehouse or fulfillment experience a plusAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periodsFamiliarity with warehouse software or barcode scanners is a plusStrong attention to detail and time management skillsCertification to operate a forklift (or willingness to obtain one)Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environmentPreferred qualifications:Familiarity with customer care tiers and escalated support workflows.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).Competitive salary based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401K retirement plan with company matchingAn entrepreneurial team environment with real ownership of resultsWe're a team focused on delivering real value to our customers and investing in the growth of our people.
