Resolution Specialist, Data Services (FT) Fully Remote
Job Description
Full-time or part-time position in welfare benefits administration, working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM or 7 AM to 4 PM - if FT. Wonderful working environment with opportunity for growth. This position is hourly, and nonexempt.
Duties
Process retirement plan contributions
Reconcile and resolve "Not in Good Order" (NIGO) plan contributions
Work closely with team members to meet daily client deadlines
Assist in answering incoming calls and responding to emails from clients or participants
Communicate professionally with clients via email and telephone
Must meet or exceed required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in all measured areas
Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor or Product Manager
Qualifications
Should have strong computer skills including typing and 10-key and proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Able to learn new software quickly
Must be professional and articulate in both verbal and written communication
Strong customer service skills
Highly motivated, hardworking and positive attitude
Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately
Work well within a team
Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
Physical Requirements - This position requires the employee to be seated the majority of the work time.
