This is a contract Registered Nurse opportunity based in Charlotte, NC. Contract Duration: 05/25/2026 - 08/28/2026Pay: up to 55.9/hr depending on education and relevant experience level.Location: Charlotte, NC (South Charlotte, East Charlotte & Union County coverage area)Weekly Hours: 32 guaranteedMileage: Reimbursed between patient visitsSchedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMOn-call/Weekend Requirement: NoneRole OverviewThis role is responsible for delivering skilled nursing care to patients in a home health setting while ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant OASIS documentation. The ideal candidate is experienced in home health, comfortable working independently in the field, and committed to providing quality patient-centered care.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver skilled nursing care to home health patients in accordance with physician-directed care plansComplete OASIS assessments and clinical documentation accurately and within required timelinesMonitor patient conditions and provide education focused on health management and hospital preventionCoordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of careMaintain detailed and compliant documentation using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB)Travel between patient homes within assigned coverage territoryEnsure adherence to home health regulations, safety standards, and clinical best practicesSupport positive patient outcomes through thorough assessments and follow-up care Required QualificationsActive North Carolina RN licensePrior home health experience requiredExperience using HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) requiredStrong clinical assessment and documentation skillsAbility to work independently in a field-based setting Preferred QualificationsStrong understanding of OASIS documentation requirementsEfficient documentation turnaround and time management skillsExcellent patient communication and education abilitiesExperience managing multiple patient visits while maintaining quality standardsTeam-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills Additional InformationBusiness casual attire or scrubs acceptableMileage reimbursed between patient visitsIdeal for RNs experienced in fast-paced home health environments focused on quality patient care Pay Details: $50.00 to $55.90 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
